An “exclusive” or “independent” buyers advocate or property advocate DOES NOT
sell any real estate and does not accept sales commission from vendors or developers.
How does a Buyers Advocate or Buyer's Advocate Save Me Money?
A buyers advocate or buyer advocate has access to information regarding past sale prices of all properties,
unlike most people, so can evaluate a
fair market value based on the prices paid for similar properties. Additionally, knowledge of real estate and many other factors which
effect the value of a property, can achieve a significant impact on the fair market value of a property
and its long term capital growth.
Without a Buyers Advocate, purchasers can easily be caught up the in marketing hype & pressure
applied by the sales agent whose primary goal is to maximise the price paid for the vendor.

What does it Cost if the property is not purchased?
If we cannot successfully negotiate you a purchase in the price limit and instructions you give us, then the only charge is
$500 (plus GST) for our time in trying!
