Buyers Advocate Melbourne Fees
When you appoint Melbourne Buyers Advocates as your buyers advocate to "take over the whole process for you",
you need to complete and sign the Authority and Instructions (so we know exactly what you want us to negotiate for you) &
Limited Power of Attorney (so we can do all the signing for you also).
As stated in the Authority, our aim is to save you MUCH more than the Professional Fee that we charge.
In three most recent recent cases, on a percentage basis, we saved our Purchaser
clients 7.6%, 11.7% and 4.7%, and every single one of our full service BUYERS
ADVOCATE clients have saved considerably more than the Professional Fees that we charge,
so ALL of our clients are better off!
Our Fee range is negotiable but is always between 0.5% and 1.5% plus GST.
We do our best work when on an incentive basis and when taking your instructions will ask you for your

- Acceptable Price Range
If we cannot successfully negotiate you a purchase in the price limit and instructions you give us, then the only charge is
$550 (includes GST) for our time in trying!
